LiveClient rents a 15-seater van, a coach for a wedding, or a corporate transfer. Create an order on a hire route, dispatch trips, then issue a proforma or tax invoice. Passenger headcount on the order is operational, not a ticket sale.
LiveRoute is the spine. Every trip sits on a route — scheduled or hire — with stops, fares or a customer price, and the same crew compensation engine.
Code, origin and destination, round trip, stops in order, and distance from origin. Official origin→destination stays on; other stop pairs can be skipped without deleting them.
LiveAdult, Student, Child and OKU fares for every from→to pair on the corridor. Existing trips freeze the fares they were created with; edits apply to new generate, extra and hire trips.
LiveClock-face times tagged outbound or return, with days of week. Generate creates one trip per template per operating date. Extra is a one-off on the same route.
LiveCustomers, pickup places and hire routes. Order → trips → proforma / tax invoice. Quoted revenue is invoiced to the customer, not to walk-up passengers.
LiveAssign driver and vehicle, track waiting acceptance, delayed, in progress and completed. Live map for active trips. Same board for scheduled and hire.
LiveLive GPS via the crew mobile app and Google Maps. Distance feeds trip costing. Live Maps is available as an optional add-on.
LiveFlutter app for crew — accept or reject trips, start the journey, log events, capture fuel, and close the trip with odometer for costing.
LiveCrew trip allowance, Sunday / PH / multi-day, vehicle standing, fuel and tolls against fare revenue or hire invoice. Lock the month for finance.
LiveHire invoices from completed orders. Driver payroll from compensation profiles — base, trip allowance, statutory, export for processing.
LiveService records with parts and labour. Vehicles under service are excluded from assignment. Colour-coded fleet: available, under service, due, overdue.
LiveYou cannot create a trip without a route. Scheduled trips come from templates or extras. Hire trips come from an order. Dispatch and costing are the same after that.
Each role sees the trips and money that belong to them — nothing extra.
The FleetOpsCtrl driver app covers the on-road journey for both scheduled coaches and hire trips.
Driver gets a push for the trip. Accept or reject with a reason. Auto-dispatch can start the trip on accept.
Tap Start Journey when leaving. Live GPS begins. Odometer is captured for trip costing.
Log fuel, delays and exceptions on the road. Dispatchers see status without a WhatsApp chase.
End journey at base, lock the odometer, and hand the trip to costing, payroll and (for hire) invoicing.

FleetOpsCtrl Travel is the travel edition of FleetOpsCtrl. It keeps payroll, invoices, GPS, fuel, tolls and maintenance from the transporter platform, and rebuilds the operating model around route + trip.
Companies that run long-distance scheduled services — Penang–KL, KL–Johor Bahru and similar corridors — and hire out minibuses, vans and coaches to clients.

FleetOpsCtrl ("we", "us", "our") operates FleetOpsCtrl Travel. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
When you register we collect your company name, email address, and password (stored as a BCrypt hash). Operational data you enter — routes, fares, trips, customers, drivers, vehicles, invoices, payroll — is stored in our database and scoped to your company tenant. The driver app may capture journey events, odometer readings, timestamps, and GPS coordinates when GPS features are enabled.
We do not sell your operational data.
We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days so you can export it, then deleted. Request early deletion at team@fleetopsctrl.com.

These Terms govern your use of FleetOpsCtrl Travel. By registering an account, you agree to these Terms.
FleetOpsCtrl Travel is cloud software for scheduled long-distance coach operations and vehicle hire, including routes, trips, dispatch, costing, invoicing and payroll. The service is provided as-is and subject to the plan you have subscribed to.
The free trial includes 100 trips over 30 days, no credit card required. Trials are activated by our team within 1 business day of your request.
Operational data you enter belongs to you. Upon termination, data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
